Charming Chatty 1962 Doll from Mattel Original clothes.with record, talks, works

24-25" Charming Cathy.  1 record included, pull string works, she talks.
CAREFUL VINTAGE DOLLS.  I have had these string break when I pulled them, so pull gently holding the string and little metal ring attached on the string.  You pull the lever on the side forward to her belly (A) and tip the doll side down and the record will fall out.
Clean rooted hair.  The hair is clean and combed but it is dry and has some broken off ends.
This is a vintage doll and is being sold as is.  Please read all the info, look at the pictures and as questions so you are 100% happy with your purchase, this is inportant to me.
Vinyl head and arms, hard plastic body and legs.  Arms are lighter (more yellow) than the rest of the doll.
Chips and small cracks around the back neck area of the hard plastic body.
She has a pull string on the back and a slot for a record on the side.  She includes the record and she talked when I pulled her string.   The lever on the side seems to work correctly where you would load the record.  When you pull the string it sounds like it is trying to operate the record part.  She has some rubs/ marks on the hard plastic on the back where she lays down.  She moves correctly at the head, arms and legs.
No markings on head.

Her beautiful blue eyes are clear and open and close correctly.
Her clothes are original.  They are faded out in color and worn. Glasses are missing, I am not sure what other accessories might be missing.
The item includes the doll, underwear, shorts with bib, jacket and red socks.  The jacket has some light stains that did not come off with a light cleaning.  There are a couple of small holes in the socks.  Blue strap on right of jacket missing.  I see a couple small holes in the blue skirt too.  I added a new bow hair clip for her.
