This doll is a full body Silicone baby. She/He Is 15 inches. This baby is squishy and has a open mouth with tongue and gums and can take a full size pacifier and bottle You can give the baby a bath. She or He has the option to add rooted hair and or a drink and wet system. This baby was sculpt by Heartwork babies and was molded,poured and painted by Babiesbylori. The baby can wear preemie size clothes and diapers. A child will play with the baby in a way the adults do not. A child will want to dress and redress the baby several times a day, bath them and take them everywhere. A normal silicone baby we paint them in so many layers and then we put a matting coat on the baby. The matting layer holds up pretty good for adults who take care of the baby and play with her lightly. If you allow a child to play with a non kid friendly doll, it will begin to rub that matting layer down and the baby will get shiny spots on the silicone. The reason for this is a child or teen will play with the baby like a vinyl baby not like a collector doll. They will change there clothes several times a day. bathe them often or just play constantly with them like kids do, unfortantly the matting layer will rub off much faster and the baby will begin to get shiny spots. The baby is made to order Babies will take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to make and if it is during the holiday season may take longer. Our time frame is only an estimate and we will not rush the painting process. It also depends on how many orders I have in at the time and what baby you order and the options you have chosen for your custom baby. Blank kits, will not take that long of course but may take a week or two depending on how busy I am. If you order a blank kit, you will just be getting the baby straight from the mold. So you will need to do any prep or repair work before painting. a Painted baby will come with a Coa certificate, a outfit of our choice,pacifier,hospital band,hair bow or beanie and a receiving blanket. If you order baby with drink and wet system you will get a bottle. This baby will wear preemie size clothes, depending on the brand you buy. These babies are like real babies and you must take care of them like a real baby. You can bathe them, but please follow all of our care instructions that we give you with your baby. As with all silicone babies, they will have seams and imperfections, that is the nature of silicone babies and they are not perfect. So if you are expecting a doll that is perfect, Then do not purchase a silicone dolls. These babies are made to order and because they are very expensive to make, once you have made payment, there are no cancellations, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you want a drink and wet system installed in your baby, Please choose from the down list. But just know, if we do install it in your baby, or open the eyes for you there are absolutely no refunds,returns or cancellations. Once we have taken a baby and changed it my adding a drink and wet system or,opened the eyes, the baby is yours regardless on what your complaint is. This would forfeit the not as described return excuse or damaged or any other excuse on etsy or ebay for returns. The same rule would apply to this baby, because this baby is a custom baby ooak baby, one of a kind. Which means, even though all the babies are poured in the same mold, not any two babies will be painted the same. We do offer some layaways from January To June only. It depends on the approval of the shop owner. Basically we take the price of the baby you choose and shipping and divide it into 3 or 4 Monthly payments. If you set up a payment plan, once you have made the deposit/first payment even if you cancel your order the deposit or any payments you have been made will not be returned to you. The way silicone babies are measures is just like at pediatrician's office. We lay them out and extend the legs straight to measure them. They are not measured with bent legs. Depending on of soft the silicone is we use the size per baby can vary. Same goes for the weight of the baby.
