    Description

    Unique, hand-made, hand-crafted plaster mold for making mermaid tail dorsal fins. The mold is quite large and quite heavy, at approximately 40 pounds, and measures about 48" x 28". This was used to fabricate silicone mermaid tails.  The silicone mixture was poured in to the recesses of the mold, allowed to set, and half an hour later, half of a mermaid tail dorsal fin was created. Two halves are needed to produce one complete dorsal fin pattern, and you get both halves. Simply pour in the silicone, allow it to cure, then remove the two formed, cured dorsal halves, glue them together, then apply them to the dorsal area of your mermaid tail.
    This is a one-of-a-kind unit, handmade, hand-crafted, and took about three days to create. You get the entire thing to allow you to start making your own mermaid tails from scratch... we've already put all the work in to the mold-making.
