I have only used it once but I was pleased with it. It is heavy and appears to be well-built. I have a floor drain in the laundry room that I must clear out X2-3 times every year. I had been using the attachments that go on a drill and they never lasted. So I decided to bite the bullet and go with this thing. So far I am pleased.

This auger comes assembled and ready to go, after charging the 12v battery. I'm a Master Electrician, so I'm a DIY-guy and this equipment handled my kitchen sink grease clog very well. Only basic clogs and maybe a minor commercial clog, but would not recommend trying to cut roots. Good luck.

It didn’t seem very intuitive to use but that is just my own inexperience; however, while it functioned nicely it turned out to be too weak/small of rope to solve my problem... i returned it and rented a large auger cart and cleared the blockage this handheld one could not.For 0, look elsewhere
