    This is a vintage Mattel TImey Tell 1971 1969 Chatty Cathy blond doll. The Timey Tell doll used Chatty Cathy bodies, which is why the marks and dates on the doll don't quite line up. Timey Tell would give instructions based on the time on her watch. Her voice box is not working, I pulled the string several times and got nothing. She is barefoot. I don't know if her outfit is original. SAC.
