NISFI (1/2 DAM) Mughal Empire [1596AD] - Graphite Coin Mold

Description

This ancient Mughal ‘nisfi’ (1/2 dam) coin was originally struck in copper form over 400 years ago in the year 1596AD. It was approximately 19.5mm in diameter and was produced in the Kabul mint by the demand of Akbar, the ruling sultan of Humayun.
