Vintage 1970 s Ideal Toy Corp. Tippy Tumbles Doll in Original Outfit~Sweet Face

Sweet Vintage Tippy Tumbles Doll by Ideal Toy Corp. in her Original Outfit. 1976 Ideal Toy Corp. are on the back of neck along with T-16 G-H and this is on her back: U.S. Patent No. 3500 577 IDEAL TOY CORP., HOLLIS NY 11422 1997. She is about 16" Tall and her outfit is Bright Red with Blue Ruffle at Ankles and at Top of Outfit with White Eyelet Ruffle between the Blue and the Red.  Her arms go up in the air and go the whole way around making a mechanical sound.  There is a little black marks on the back of her outfit.  It can probably be washed out but I am selling her as found.  She has such a Sweet Little Face.
