This is a vintage Babbacombe Pottery England Wall Hanging Cat Head String and Scissors holder.  The cat's red bow collar has a large hole to hold a pair of scissors, which are not included.  The back of the head has a large hole where you insert the ball of string, which comes out through a hole in the mouth area.  The back of the holder is marked Babbacombe Pottery Hand Decorated By Philip Laureston England.  The cat head measures approximately 5 1/2" tall (to tip of ears) and 5 1/2" wide.  Super clean Babbacombe Pottery England wall hanging cat head string and scissors holder that displays absolutely great when hanging on a wall!
