Vintage Chatty Cathy Doll Redhead Hard Face Blue Homemad Party Dress Not Talking

This is a Mattel Chatty Cathy doll that is in good condition but does
not
talk. She has her pull string that pulls but there is no sound. She has great sleep eyes with full lashes and beautiful full red hair ( freshly washed). She is dressed in a very nicely made homemade dress and matching panties. It has a little discoloration on the nylon over skirt but is otherwise perfect. Her limbs are lighter color that her body.
