I am pleased to offer for your consideration a vintage glass canister with rabbits, ducks and lambs in fired-on colors. The canister itself (without lid in place) measures approximately 5-1/4" tall with a top outer diameter of approximately 4-3/4"; clear; crisp white and yellow coloring on its charming graphics of ducks, bunny rabbits, lambs and flowers as well as rich coloring on its red picket fence border and flowerpot graphics on the lower portion of the canister; free of cracks and repairs, there is a 1/4" chip on the innermost portion of the top rim. The lid is knobbed for easy handling; free of cracks and repairs, there is a 3/8" long chip on the innermost rim (please see supersized photo image #9 for magnification. For years, I had this piece on my desk filled with candy for staff until one day my boss put the lid back on with too much force and...well, you know the rest!)
Other than one of the flowers having some age-appropriate color loss, the rest of the graphics are in quite nice condition considering the age of this piece; canister and lid may have imperfections from time of original manufacture adding to their unique personality and one-of-a-kind charm.
